Squats 115 Bench 80 back row 70
Squats quit at 1 on 5 felt a knee pain at 5 on 4.
Bench 3 on 1, 5 on 2, 5 on 3 3 on 4 3on 5
219.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
