Lowest ‘this time around’. Realistically acknowledging the bouncy-house effect (that has been my scale story for three months now) I expect to see an ‘up’ tomorrow.

But for today, we smile.

I credit it to 6 hours sleep last night. Not all together but still 3-4 more hours of sleep than my norm. At least I wasn’t up at 2am arranging the kitchen knives by blade length.

On the other hand, I overslept. After decades of dressing myself I can usually be ready to go to a wedding or to the moon in 15 minutes. This morning? I look like Helen Keller dressed me.

Y’all have a great day now, ya hear? The secret word of the day is Pee-Con Ca-yut.


210.2 lb Lost so far: 53.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Jeannie, JC & Keyten. I'd seen 211 up and down so this wasn't a 'big' deal. Just nice to break a whole number out. Jc - I'm still chasing you! It's just been a slow race for a month (for me). Key - that was some silly thing (code) that started over on Diablo's journal about the Texas Sheet Cake then moved to Chris' journal about his profile cat and ... well,you know how my non sequitur mind works.

Nice to show a loss, isn't it? It's been 2 weeks for me that I finally lost what I had gained, and today, for me too is a new low for this time around! Feels good and is what is motivating me to leave the huge Costco jar of mixed nuts alone for now.

Thank you Moo, Fritz & Princess. Yeah, nice to see a little positive drop if only for a day. JC - from what I hear - we NEVER finish. Once we reach that checkered flag we have to do maintenance laps FOREVER.

Well absolutely!! Let’s meet our goal, and we’ll be life long friends🤗🤗 I could most likely do this with what I learned here, but there is nothing like support for each other. I get depressed when I have to take steroids, and it packs on weight, and we all have our own stresses. I’m going to be an FS lifer.

Bella, so sorry that you are not sleeping. Sleeping is huge!!! Work on figuring out sleep and it will help you. So many studies on sleep, weight and health. You so need your sleep!!!!!!! I'm working on that myself as have been averaging about 5 hours and I know to feel good it needs to be 7 or more. Have tracked it. Love your meme as always.
