I would too! ๐Ÿ™ŒIโ€™m probably gonna have a gain Monday. Rich and unhealthy food on the menu for Friday night and no gym Friday or Saturday.

Sometimes it is soo worth it, Itsy! And now that I don't constantly eat that way- I savor it even more. So good!

Eating a daily average of maybe 2100-2250? I can't remember without pulling out my laptop. But quick update...yes - eating more - still killing it at the gym. That part never changed though. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’•
