This is my new set point. I'm not recording what I eat right now, but I know I've had too much sugar and junk. I haven't been to the gym in over a week so I must go today. Went out of town over the weekend and I stayed inside watching the hearings instead of going outside yesterday. We had a major cold snap and the temps were in the teens Tuesday night so I just wanted to hibernate. Mom shared some curried potatoes and chicken, so I'll have that today for my main meal. I've been craving Alpen cereal and yogurt lately. Maybe for lunch.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
