So I'm not going to kick myself until tomorrow. Hopefully by then I'll have gone, slept, etc. and the point will be moot.

Had my first Pelvic Floor Therapy session this morning. Should be interesting. Will have to give up my morning coffee entirely unless we get this under control. So far I'm just having to give up my white mochas (oh no!).

Today's recordings are guess work since the Ne'kter site doesn't have nutritional information on my "breakfast coffee, or dinner bowl".
