Yay got rid of another 200 grams! Not sure what it was that I changed, in desperation I stopped eating nuts, stopped eating the chicken drumsticks with maltodextrin and other stuff in it, and started doing muscle workouts on the wii every second day LOL. Well whatever it was - I am happy to see the scale move down again!
204.6 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good for you! I think there HAVE to be regular, natural chicken drumsticks somewhere in the stores... If not, make friends with a chicken farmer! LOL!!

Yeah I found some fresh at the supermarket and I can always buy whole chickens too and cook them up for multiple days. I am also eating earlier in the morning, within an hour of waking up instead of 2 or 3 or 4.....

Great job! I have to really be careful with the additives in foods as well. I am going to adjust my fat intake because I stalled. I am not giving up on Atkins because I know the lifestyle can work for me if I find that perfect balance for me. I am loving the Wii and my weight is moving again after 3 weeks. lol
