🤩 water weight gone! Just pulled on my pants and the calves are not super tight 👍 I went to the gym earlier. I worked on deficit deadlifts. Usually I rest the barbell on 2 plates. This time I didn’t use 2 plates and I stood on a plate to increase the pulling distance off the floor. I could really feel the difference in my hams. 105 felt a bit heavy. That could be partly because of no carbs for 4 days, despite my protein shake this morning I was starving at the gym (I ate most of my cals early in the day yesterday and had less than 50% fat), and/ or I am feeling a bit groggy from the melatonin in my system. Either way my workout was productive and I came home and ate as quickly as I could. I had keto pancakes, bacon, eggs and blueberries. I ate while I cooked. I’m still hungry. I will stop by Publix to get some wings on my way to work 🤤🤤
164.6 lb Lost so far: 44.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
