This one confuses me. I under-ate yesterday because my stomach was upset, enough to take Pepto which is something I never do. I got in extra steps running to the bathroom (this isn't exercise, just making a point) and I walked the dogs 2.5 miles last night even though it was a literal crap shoot as to whether I could get through it without embarrassing myself. I was hungry this morning and I feel empty. Get on the scale and I'm up 1.5 lbs from a downward trend????? I was really expecting to lose another 1/2 based on being empty. There ya go. All I can do is stay the course. Stomach is still making lots of noises this morning, listening to it right now. So annoying. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

Not sick, don't have the flu. Expect stomach is due to unusual amounts of fat from the taco lunch/dinner/lunch/dinner that I don't normally eat. I ate chicken taquitos, nothing fancy in them, although the tortillas are most definitely fried. I ate the rice and beans separately. No chips. I guess the good news is that I'm not used to eating that type of food on a regular basis? Good times, good times. At least I know what not to do next time. Awesome, FS is telling me I'm rapidly gaining weight as 10.5 lbs a week and do I want to change my entry. Yeah, I do. Unfortunately, it is what it is.
162.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
