I just want this weight off! Sometime you can get so frustrated that you allowed yourself to get this way. Can someone please help me out of this fat suit.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Don't be frustrated! You know you're in the right place to do this. There's only ONE person who can do the work, but there's a whole army of people here cheering you on. Go go go! Let's do this. Use the tools here, use your buddies. For me, what REALLY helps me focus is to write in my journal. Maybe try to write more?
