Finally, I am able to give my weight and its where I want it to be. At night...130 lbs. That's big news. I've been 132-133 lbs after a weekend in Atlanta with family, eating lovely and exercising to maintain some control over getting our of hand. Not bad. I know I can do it once I stick to my regular schedule. Currently very pleased.
