I am holding so much water. That is my big concern. I've been laying back all day with my feet up. I wish I knew what was the problem. I think my heart is straining to keep up with whatever. I don't know.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hello friends JC, binky, Erica, PMorgan, I don't know what the problem is. I'm going to call my doctor in the morning. My blood pressure has been okay but my legs are twice the size and I'm just holding so much fluid. I've tried to eliminate several foods that could possibly be triggers. I just have to keep working at it I guess. I've eliminated Dairy and grain and now coffee and creamer's. This is crazy. I just started a new medication so that could possibly be the problem. I have bruises all over my legs. I think it might be from the meds. Anyway I'll let you know when I find out. Thanks for your concern and support. Love you guys

This swelling is not from “food triggers”. See your doctor ASAP.

I'm with Kenna...if your legs/ankles are swelling that much it is a major concern. Please please take care of yourself!!!!
