Liv Lite's Journal, 02 November 2019

I gained. ALOT. Hey! Happy November LOL I have been struggling and people getting to me and and and, ya know, just life. Sun's out, having a green tea and thinking about how to move forward. Made an appointment with obesity specialist for later this month, with a followup appointment in January, to help me keep on track thru holidays. I am doing a 21 day meditation challenge (Deepak Chopra), starting Monday. FS is another tool. I have healthy options in fridge. I ate crappy; doesn't mean I am crappy. All that excess sugar, fat & sodium doesn't help my mood.I am pushing ahead, doing what needs to be done. I will succeed :)

Monthly Update: weight gain this last week, sooo let's ignore that for now but some good news! I lost another 1.5" on waist! Woooohoooo Waist today: 43.5"

November is gonna be my best month ever!!!!! Thank you to all who support me and inspire me! I appreciate you. Big hugs!
282.6 lb Lost so far: 72.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Last week was off for me too. November will be great! Loving your the loss in inches and the meditation challenge.

In the summer I lost a few pounds. But holidays are the worst for exercise! But I’ll try to get some!
