Yesterday I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and all activity goals. BF down 0.4% and is out of range. Day to day weight and body fat fluctuations are larger than usual but are slowly trending downward...
158.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
