wow! a new low...despite my BEST EFFORTS to screw it up!! I haven't worked out in ages, but did try to keep my carbs low this week, except last night when I pigged out on chinese take-out (zen kung pao chicken made with tofu with brown rice). I was sure I'd see a 3 pound GAIN--and instead I see a loss!!! Go figure!!! Now I'm almost afraid to wreck this patten by changing anything! LOL! So, why bother working out, when this is workin?!! Hahah! No, don't worry..I'm just kidding. I'll be just grateful that my body has been so forgiving this week, but i'm not gonna push it's benevolence any further!

I'll work out later today--at a more intense and longer pace. I do have to drink this weekend, but I'll be careful and vigilant about what I EAT! Especially as both days entail eating out...I hope to see a loss come Monday!

Now, onto see if my FS "color" has changed to yellow!! I know it's any day now!

YAY for the new low! **doing a happy dance** I worked out this week and I'm showing a gain! You're right....why bother working out! LOL Good job moving that line on your chart downward! Hang in there this weekend, but since your birthday is tomorrow I know it's going to be tough! Just do what you can and come Monday you can buckle down and get back on track! (((HUGS))) :)

Okay, bday girl! No excuses! The next journal entry I want to see is that you had a nice and enjoyable workout (yes they do exist...I have yet to find one...just kidding). Hey, I know, how about a nice birthday present to yourself by working out first thing tomorrow morning? Can't wait until you journal that you're color is now yellow. Hugs, Me

Yay, congratulations on the new "low"! I do eat lower carbs than I used to, but find that it's the quality of carbs that helps me. I know wholemeal pasta seems to be the one that works for me... which is good really considering that I live on the stuff half the time! Zig-zagging most definitely works well too though... last Saturday I yomped 1859 calories, but still dropped 0.4lbs by the following morning... which was like "huh"?? Just a thought though... the fact the weight has "fallen-off" without exercise... maybe it would help to increase calories slightly when you add some? Just keep experimenting though... as you've probably found an optimum figure for no exercise but still great losses. Just keep up that exercise though otherwise those losses will include muscle! Awesome work though Amee and you're looking fantastic in your piccy. :o)

Good job on the loss!! Funny isn't it how are bodies work...I'm kinda the same way...I'll lose on the times when I really shouldn't...but we'll take a loss when we can get it, hu? Good job to ya!!
