238&46.5 like 1 month ago but def some recomposition going on. The up days are way too uncontrolled, the down days are ‘dark’ , I may just need more time to adjust but alternatives are sounding way more doable. Thoughts:
22/2 -healthier eating with small dessert #1
20/4 - alternate spring day with the above meal#2
Monday lunch, Tuesday dinner,Wednesday lunch,Thursday dinner,Friday22/2,Saturday 22/2,Sunday20/4 spring#3
Either that or continue to try the 5-2 adf but with better choices on up day- 8 hr window with 5hr wait between lunch (1hr) and dinner(2hr)#4
Or free600cal in down day with spring up day, with 22:2 w,th,s,s#5
Really not sure- will try #1 today
237.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
