Yesterday I ran 3 miles before work and did a 1 hour walk at lunch. Otherwise, I drank my normal protein shakes all day.

The exercise makes the difference. However, it is clearly not the calorie burn because by the end of the day I only had 10k steps and that is really not a lot...
174.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

(some people don't understand that when you politely ask that they leave you alone and they continue to force interaction with you so that they can criticize you is bullying and abusive behavior. They thing that saddens me is that many people feel it is 'their fault' and that they should 'take it'. Well let me tell you, **NO** it is not 'you' and you do not have to be bullied. I have stood up to this bullying behavior for over a year on this site and I will not stop - Thanks for listening :))

@gz9gjg - It was around April 2018 that I first started getting 'criticism' from a certain group of people, so in 6 months it will be two years where I have refused to back down. Most people wont hit the "Delete" button because they are afraid that the abuse will get worse. I just say Oh well. I don't give a F___ :) - - Look back at the comments of my journals back then, they said I was wrong, that I would gain the weight back. I went from obese all my adult life, to today, 10lbs above my BMI weight. Do they admit they were wrong? No, of course not. The only desire is to abuse anyone who says it is not calories in calories out. People like me will die following that BS. So they try to 'silence' me with the little 'poke' 'poke'. I yawn and simply click the delete button and hit the "Report Abuse" button at the bottom of the page. I'm not going anywhere... 👍🏾

@Ireland-83 - Thanks! However, my weight trend line is pointing slightly upward! I need to get my '30 day running average' back into the mid 160s - - I am still working on getting the Fat Secret API to give me my exercise data. I should have it by Sunday. I should then finally have the ability to see what combination of factors makes me gain and what makes me lose. My gut says that driving my carbs and protein down for 5+ days and elevating my heart rate to 165+ for an hour a day burns-actual-fat not just flushes water from glycogen depletion. But, I need-to-see-the-data and there is no way to see that on Fat Secret, so I have to export everything and analyze it in PowerBI.
