Kind of a scary number today- probably dehydrated but I won’t complain.

166.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb. Still to go: 36.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Loss is loss no matter the scary number:) It is close to Hallowe'en so maybe you are just getting into the spirit of the holiday? Glad to see the scale moved downwards for you.
