Already back to my normal range after an almost 3000 cal meal last Saturday. Will say - I CRUSHED my workouts this week and made sure to take that extra caloric energy and put it to use! I hit a full 15.04 miles for a new PB on the recumbent bike with 3 intervals at level 17 and 1 at level 16. There are only 19 levels of resistance btw. And, soon I will be able to increase the weights for both kettlebell and dumbbells! Yay! She's makin' gains :-)
129.8 lb Lost so far: 80.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
