Yaaay. This week I was feeling some apprehension about my weigh in. In general my eating was okay. I ate a small bit of leftover apple crisp on Sunday (after cheat day 🤫) and on Wednesday morning I felt very hungry so I broke my fast early. But otherwise I was good. I also started a new workout program this week, which according to my Fitbit doesn't burn as much as my last program. However it does involve weight lifting, which can burn calories long after you're finished working out. Idk. In any case, I wasn't sure what to expect, and I am damn pleased. 😊
228.6 lb Lost so far: 71.4 lb.    Still to go: 68.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
