Minimal changes this week & 😃.

Ready for the Weekend as the Local Group has set up a nice Mountain Hiking Trip to include some challenges along the way.....nearly 4 miles! Should be fun 😎😎🥵🥵

Prepared a little this morning....maybe?

• Wide Box Squats w/speed 3reps, 8 sets
• Speed Bench Press 3 x 9 sets

And then the Conditioning, but challenging!!!

• Weighted Alternate Box Step Ups 8/leg
• Sled Squat Pulls & Push (and I thought the Wide Box Squats were hard)
• MB Bear Hug 🤗 50m
• :60 sec Planks

Calories-725!!
167.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
