Right direction! Let’s keep at it girl! Both of us!! 💪🏻 I’m done with the drama trash. Not taking sides. Supporting when I see fit and refocusing on why I use this app. To lose fat and build muscle 🦵💪🏻 I’m an adult. Always hated female drama, the reason I have very few legit friends. If you speak up, someone hates you, if you are silent, the others hate you. Can’t win. Refocused and moved on!

LOL Peeper- I'm not changing my goal until I hit it. I was going to move it to 150 or 160 but I'll at least wait until I hit a blue line before it goes red. :(

I like that idea. I found smaller goals towards the end were more attainable and better for my mental state. If I can stick to 120-122 I’m thinking of dropping mine to 115 after Christmas. Need to get my next scan first I think. And all the good food at the holidays. Not holding back this year which just means seconds will be my dessert this year lol.

115-120 is where I want. 126 is my ideal so if I can lose down to 115 and gain muscle back to 125 I’d be ecstatic!

@Chris... actually YOU read MY comment wrong. Reread and apologize. Lol. Yes the increase in calories was super helpful. Yes I lost (aside from the 0.2) but yesterday was the first day in many that I couldn’t lift and sometimes I drop more the day after a “no gym” just because no muscle repair or something maybe? Idk. Yes, vcabral. I was like seriously? 0.2? 🤣 SUPER hungry feeling today though so I don’t know what tomorrow will bring. Trying to keep myself in check!
