No change today....maintaining. Oven roasted smoked turkey sausage, sweet peppers, broccoli & roma tomatoes for dinner. Pretty tasty.

Took a longer walk in the nice Fall weather yesterday 😊
154.8 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
