This last weekend was HARD! I climbed so many hills, my legs hurt, I pushed myself to the max and for whatever reason I stalled. Maybe it’s water weight, maybe it’s new muscle, idk but it’s discouraging.
300.1 lb Lost so far: 48.1 lb.    Still to go: 105.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
