Welcome back to ketosis. This is the glycogen shedding, water weight loss from returning to fat-burning mode. I'm still 2 lbs above my recent lowest in August. It's good to be back on track.
221.6 lb Lost so far: 58.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
