Back up a bit. So it was probably a dehydrated weight yesterday.
115.2 lb Lost so far: 70.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Swimming, rowing and yoga. Keeping young. Water weight fluctuations allowance helps saneity. 😜 Good job.
