Ever try to step on really lightly so you'll weigh less? I'm tip-toeing into the scale. It's not working. 🤣😆
190.6 lb Lost so far: 58.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

don't be so hard on yourself....there are going to be good days and bad, plus being a woman means that we carry more water weight during those 'times' of the month. i'm going through the same experience as well, but we have to remember to celebrate the small victories during the day :)

the secret...when you step on try and shift your weight forward on the ball of your feet..you head will be like 6 inches in front of scales

Make sure you have EVERYTHING off. I left my apple watch on one time and had a very heavy gold necklace on and you wouldn't believe the extra ounces MY GOODNESS..

Oh- you can bet everything is off. Sometimes I'll even step on so my toes are facing the other way- still unchanged. The accuracy of this scale is killing me. I think I'll switch it to kg and weigh 86. LMAO. Heading to the gym in the dark and cold and still increasing in weight. Thank God I look and feel better! I know you all are bored of my repeated scale battles but tip-toeing on it really struck me funny and I knew I couldn't be the only one.

Yes sherry- I have- and I have tried to lay back down for a few minutes. I've blown my nose- tried to push out a "toot"- anything you can think of. And everyone once in awhile- it works. haha
