I love this site although i dont feel i have lost any weight i think it is because I just ate breakfast but I will do better for my next week. I think for my first week on these challenges I did realy good and I will continue to do better
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

are you weighing first thing in the morning? if not, always-always-always weigh first thing in the morning after,you know,your first tinkle.as soon as you get out of bed.
