Walked 85 minutes this morning with the dogs:

Avg speed: 3.4
Wore wrist weights, jogged every so often, climbed several steep inclines. Don't think the dogs minded.

Ran up the stairs x5, then walked x2
Drank 12 glasses of water (finally met the mini-challenge!)
Did an extra 30 minutes of back-rx type stretching & exercise (not necessarily fun but good for me). Too hot to ride...
Would've been a very successful day had I not succumbed to ice cream!
