Walked 85 minutes this morning with the dogs: Aerobic steps: 9624 Aerobic miles: 4.48 Avg speed: 3.4 Wore wrist weights, jogged every so often, climbed several steep inclines. Don't think the dogs minded. Total steps: 13,072 total miles: 5.77 Ran up the stairs x5, then walked x2 Drank 12 glasses of water (finally met the mini-challenge!) Did an extra 30 minutes of back-rx type stretching & exercise (not necessarily fun but good for me). Too hot to ride... Would've been a very successful day had I not succumbed to ice cream!
