Recovered from the Super Bowl! So I can have the occasional treat and not pay for it for the rest of my life? Lol! Well, that ridiculously hard BodyPump class last night may have helped. My goal is to simply get through an entire class without feeling like I'm going to pass out. Wow! Have a great weekend all!
228.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
