Feeling great after completing 60 hour fast.
277.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 87.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lol, Princess! I know how that is. I didn't think I could fast but, once I started, I found it was actually easy. I started with 18 hours a day, but longer fasts are even easier in my opinion.

I don’t know anything about fasting. Does any weight come back once you start eating again? I cannot imagine going 3 days with no food! 😳

For me, some weight does come back after fasting. Part of this is because I'm not being too careful with what I'm eating when I'm not fasting and part of it is not being careful with how often. From what I've read, it is a good idea to balance the time eating with the time not eating in a day. This allows your body to create insulin and then let insulin levels drop after the food is done being processed. It's eating all the time that causes chronically high levels of insulin, which leads to insulin resistance over time. In any case, even though I'm not doing everything "right", I don't gain as much back as I lost before I start another fast. This leads to an overall trend of losing weight. It's not a lot (about 8 lbs a month), but it works for me! I do this to heal my body from obesity and it's a lifestyle for me, not a diet.
