Yesterday's workout was cut short, so back at it again, today!


Pull-ups:

DB Incline Bench Press:

3 sets (pyramid down)

DB Reverse Flyes:

Incline DB Rows:
2 sets to failure


DB Overhead Shoulder Press:
3 sets (pyramid down)

**SUPER-SET**

EZ Bar Curls:
3 sets 10-12 reps


Pec Deck Machine:
3 sets 12-15 reps
