I'm feeling pretty hopeful today. It's been a week or so since I've seen my scale show me a new number. Most days my scale jumps up, or down to a number I've already seen. So I wasn't seeing any loss recently. This morning I was a bit obsessive in jumping on the scale first thing, then after I used the restroom, & FINALLY saw a number that is 0.7 less than I've seen before. It's progress, so I'll take it!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
