Weekly weigh in up 1.4 pounds. There were some less than ideal choices I made. I ate out a few times and planned ahead what I would eat. I was happy how I followed through in this regards. This weekend is Thanksgiving & I will be at relatives 4 days. I'll bring food. I need to plan and be very selective with all the temptations. I can do this. Plus there is a gym close, I can workout, walk...
161.2 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
