Great stuff here numbers wise. But numbers can be soooo off as you and I know! Tomorrow I’m expecting a big gain. Started a new lifting program today and it kicked my butt, my shoulders, my quads, kicked it all!!!! I know the scale will be full of it tomorrow...it meaning water, and sore sore muscles!!! Can’t wait!! πŸ€ͺ
