I really need to keep the carbs below 100 today… and 🏃🏾‍♂️ run…

...well the carb thing did not go well (150 and counting...) but, I did get the run in :)

@jengetfit123 - Normally, I can run 5 miles in 40 minutes and 7 miles in 60 minutes. I can do 11 miles in a our and 20 minutes.
