Too much Cardio yesterday, the weight followed!! Time for a “Cheat” Meal today!!

Hybrid WO & a packed house, over 25 partner teams!!

Warmup: 150m run, stretching 🙆‍♂️

I like your focus on sleep. I've read about it, and common advice are empty stomach, lowish water intake, ear plugs, no electronics in bedroom, darkness through curtains or wearable 'blinders'... Wonder how you see timing of workouts. Late/early. Normally I get only six, but may sleep extra by deep relaxation during the day.

“D” The majority of my Workouts are early in the morning, prior to 7am. It helps the metabolism start early. I need at least 7 hours in a row to repair the muscles & joints (old guy issues)!!!
