Ate alot lol weekends (fri-sun) are my weakness. But i was truly hungry.... Guess i didnt need the smoothie but my friend got one so...lol
187.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
