Up and down...up and down...I don't mind at all. In the beginning I would feel discouraged but now I'm like...whatever. I know I'm in a deficit and that's all I can do.

Idk. I probably never should’ve had a 1.6 pound drop. So then I got 1 pound of that back this morning. LOL πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜‰
