I did make it to the gym yesterday, and even though I had a small piece of cherry pie with ice cream at mom's, I kept my overall calories low. Had only a protein bar for supper. My goal is to see 195 this week.

7:20am - Just got back from walking to the end of the road and back with my dog, about 1.3 miles. It was nice since it's about 65 degrees and shortly after sunrise. I am definitely an early bird now after being a night owl for so many years. I like this a lot better.
197.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
