So last night my hubby got aggravated when I grabbed my phone to finish posting dinner calories after I ate my dinner. We both have our phones in the AM....Reading the news, catching up on FB & Instagram, checking email, checking the weather etc. But, during dinner we usually set them aside. He said I was getting obsessive with all the measuring and weighing 😐 I usually log as I prepare dinner....I like to have a calorie total to determine what sweet treat I choose after dinner. Overall he's been supportive. Am I obsessed?
I think I need to come up with some excercise to help with the weight loss & firm up a bit. OK...I know. If nothing else I need to lace up the sneakers & walk.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
