AM weigh in. 3 ish hours sleep. 31 hrs fasted from food. Stained my deck for 5 hrs last night, had a pre workout and couple beers after. Then it of course it down poured ☔ with thunder all night and I didn't get any sleep 😔 garmin said 5.5 hrs but there's no way.. I would like to just keep fasting but I really want some eggs.
264.4 lb Lost so far: 61.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
