🙁🎢😟 Up a little today....Hubby was supposed to be out playing poker last night but the evening got cancelled. I hadn't planned anything for the 2 of us for dinner so after some discussion he suggested getting something from Chick-fil-a. I looked up the menu & calories online and thought I'd chosen well. Turns out the best laid plans can go awry. Our local Chick-fil-a didn't have the sweet potato fries I wanted. I had told hubby if they didn't have them order me a small waffle fry. He ordered a medium fry for both of us to share...when he walked in he said he'd already eaten half in the car. Not knowing any better, I proceeded scarfing down the rest. He took the dogs out & when he came back in he said he hadn't actually eaten half 😐 Oops! I ordered the Southwest chicken salad that was pretty yummy. The dressing I'd requested (at 60 calories) was unavailable & the one he brought me was 310 calories 😯😮 I decided to make my own & used some salsa and a tbls. of vinaigrette for 35 calories.
Not sure what dinner is tonight. We're going to a Spelling Bee that is a fund raiser for the Literary Society. They're planning to honor a friend that was heavily involved that died this past year. The event falls right in the middle of our normal dinner time so I don't know if we'll eat before or after.
Setting a goal date has become a little stressful. I may have to relax a little & let what comes come. I know I can hit my goal, but it may arrive in its own sweet time.
157.8 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
