Big smiles this morning 😃😀 It worked...cut back yesterday and the scale went down. Just .6 but under 158. 2.6 lbs. to go!! Planning to be conservative again today....not sure what I'm going to eat yet.
157.6 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
