So close....yet so far away! Only 3.2 lbs. from my goal, but I feel like I've been stuck for several days. 16 days til my goal date.
I've been eating an average of 100 calories more a day this past week. I have been allowing myself a drink or 2 several days. Last night 2 glasses of wine with my scrumptious pasta dinner. I may have to go on another alcohol free period to knock out that last few lbs.
Then the next phase....10 more lbs. by Thanksgiving. Plan to take the Christmas season off & work for maintenance til January.
Planning a dinner of salmon & salad tonight. Gonna try for a light day of eating today. Maybe that'll kick me down a notch 😊
158.2 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've heard alcohol can cause a three day plateau. If that is true, having a drink every third day would be good for stopping a weight loss. Probably best to go dry a few days more, till maintenance time. Very nice weight loss graph you got. Congrats.
