😱 weight gain like this is disconcerting. I admit that I indulged in an assortment of nuts just before dinner. I know nuts are high in calories but according to the keto IF process... Im eating in my 20/4 window . Makes me think back to WW days where the points would have been very high for peanuts and therefore the gain- common sense. So I begin again... but plan on having my lunch of eggs , avocado,salsa and sprinkled cheese. On another note had a fantastic sleep and that has me feeling well rested and ready to begin a new day.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.7 lb a week

I am not as familiar with the keto plan but I do know that nuts pack a punch! Sometimes I find, for me, if I have calorie dense foods in a short period of time that I will see a jump on the scale the following day and then it evens out the day after. I hope that it works that way for you this morning! Sleep is the best as it makes us generally more resilient and able to roll with the ups and downs of any given day. I continue to use the Alieve sparingly however it is very effective when it comes to sleeping well. Have a wonderful day today!

Down today! I’m back on trackI”ll try to restrain myself in the future from nut binges. I think part of it was the 20/4 IF routine and am going to go back to 16/8, meaning eating lunch.

Yayy! So often it just takes a day to shake off the 'off plan' eating. May that work for me tomorrow. I ate way too much at lunch in GP yesterday and even skipped supper because I still felt full from lunch. The actual calories were on par however I gained a full pound this morning. I am expecting it will come off with me back to routine today. I think experimenting with the IF goals until you find what works for you is a good idea. Sleep last night was rotten even with Alieve although I think it would have been worse without. Too much driving, over tired, and having an over revved feeling most of the night. Looking forward to homeostasis!
