So I started yesterday. I am attempting a 14-16 hour fast and low carb. I have the low carb and the fasting down pat, but I thought I would have dropped something overnight - and nothing. I might need to give it a few days for my body to catch up with the lower calories and lower carb intake. I need to lose about 30 kilograms or so. I did 20 minutes on the bike yesterday - but after years of no exercise, my back is killing me today - so I may just go for a walk tomorrow. Taking it one day at a time.
