Lately it has been incredibly difficult for me to stay motivated. I have been working hard, and not cheating, and yet I have been stuck at the same weight. I mean, I am eating the right amount of calories, and exercising the right amount, sleeping, drinking water, etc. And yet the weight has refused to budge. I got on my old digital scale this morning, and it said 160, the same it has said for the past week. Then, I got on my wii fit. It said 157. I'm taking that weight as accurate, because I have been using it consistently, and I input all of my information correctly. I know that it may not be perfect, but I need something to make me feel like I am accomplishing something. And I truly believe that I am down. Probably not an entire 3lbs, but a decent amount of weight.
157.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 52.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You've lost 8.5 pounds that's great! Don't feel bad about it. Your body can sometimes be stubborn when you've hit a plateau. I suggest changing up your workout a little bit so your body be more challenged. If you body is acclimated to the exercises your doing then it can get complacent just like we do. So try different things or just in new ways and also... you probably are losing fat. Sometimes it's hard to see progress strictly in pounds because it doesn't show the muscle we've gained. But muscle is good too because it eats fat long after we're done working out. Just keep at it and you'll see progress soon! :)
