Lately it has been incredibly difficult for me to stay motivated. I have been working hard, and not cheating, and yet I have been stuck at the same weight. I mean, I am eating the right amount of calories, and exercising the right amount, sleeping, drinking water, etc. And yet the weight has refused to budge. I got on my old digital scale this morning, and it said 160, the same it has said for the past week. Then, I got on my wii fit. It said 157. I'm taking that weight as accurate, because I have been using it consistently, and I input all of my information correctly. I know that it may not be perfect, but I need something to make me feel like I am accomplishing something. And I truly believe that I am down. Probably not an entire 3lbs, but a decent amount of weight.
