Day 1 of a planned 2 days of eating

I had an EPIC day of binge eating yesterday. So, I will try to β€˜do better’ today.
However, I won't have the opportunity to exercise this weekend like I normally would, because I have to work.

Next week will be normal.

I'm like that, if I wake up decide today is THE day, I go whole hog. Did that on Labor Day, stopped by my favorite Mexican restaurant and picked up a couple dozen tamales, cheese enchiladas, & guac, then stopped by my favorite taco truck and got three over sized fat stuffed burritos; pastor, lengua, & carne asada. That was a fun day, but I've been on skinny rations since Monday. It's all good, got to make sure you're in a calorie deficit at the end of the week, right? πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I still am amazed that you can continually do fasts for several days a week. Do you ever worry that the fasts followed by binges may end up hurting you eventually? Just mean that it's similar to what I did a year or so ago - I would be good with my eating for 7 to 10 days and then go crazy for a day or two eating chips and/or ice cream. It worked for awhile then it got to a point when I couldn't get back to the good days. This time I'm going to try to figure out a way to maintain my weight - hopefully with a few chips or an ice cream cone once in awhile instead of a family size bag of chips and a half gallon of ice cream eaten within 2 days. But first, I have to lose the weight.

@Fritzy 22 - I actually believe the human was designed to gain and lose weight. This is why we have the ability to store and burn fat.

I think you are right, adef; it's also why we can run on fat (ketones) or carbs (glucose) as alternative energy sources.

I wonder if your carb cycling is actually beneficial. your body is forced to adapt to high carb then low carb.. I hope you had an extra cheesy slice for me πŸ‘
