Yay, so happy! Now I won't be weighing for two weeks while on my Cruise. Expecting this number to go up but only by a little (HOPEFULLLY)!
187.2 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 54.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

You enjoy yourself - I love cruising. Most ships have well-equipped gyms and classes for yoga, pilates, spin, etc. I use stairs instead of lifts and walk around the decks. I also stagger between bars, lol. Have fun!
