Heading to my first exercise class today at the YMCA, Les Mills BodyPump. The website sure hypes it up, and the Y has a special free "launch event" today so I thought I'd try it. If nothing else, it's not going to hurt my weight loss efforts. I'm on my way to a skinnier me! ;)
233.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
